Working Genius Workshop for Church Leadership!

WHAT IS IT? 

First, the Working Genius is a professional assessment developed by Patrick Lencioni and the Table Group® to better identify a person's most natural state of fulfillment while working in a team or on a project.

That said, The Working Genius Workshop for Church Leadership was developed by 240Solutions is a 3-hr interactive experience that brings teams together around the assessments' results.

Our Working Genius Workshop produces results for both the individual and the team. Individual participants will experience increased empathy, belonging, and role clarity, and a stronger awareness of their unique approach to pursuing, interacting, and learning about God. Teams will develop shared language, meaning, and practical strategy for increased productivity and cohesiveness. 

WHAT IS THE PROCESS?

1. In collaboration with a key member of your church leadership, a workshop date and time is determined, then the Working Genius Assessment is sent out to all involved. The questionnaire takes an average of 10-min to complete.
2. After the assessments have been collected, we analyze the results and design a tailored workshop for your team.
3. Lastly, a 240Solutions team of experts will facilitate an experience your team is sure to love and remember.

WHAT IS THE COST? 

Workshops are categorized as local or region, and priced to accommodate a reasonable travel expense without markup. All pricing is based on groups up to 20 participants, and require a $500 deposit for assessments and scheduling, which is included in the pricing below. The remaining balance will be invoiced and paid prior to our arrival.

• LOCAL - $3,500: < 100 miles from downtown Indianapolis.
• REGIONAL - $5,500: >101 miles, but < 300 miles from Indianapolis.
• NATIONAL - $10,000: >300 from Indianapolis in the continental US
